The book I received was in very good condition and even signed by the author. The content is useful and timely as we are approaching a time to look at modern architecture that is reaching the historic stage in its life.I will be using the information as a part of my seminar in the history of historic preservation in the U. S.The ease with which I was able to find this book and the manner for orderignwas very good. In the future I will check for future purchases.
